Creating Azure Groups
This step describes how to create the following Azure groups:

Customer operator group for managing R&D employees |

Customer operator group for managing Executive Management employees |
It is not recommended to assign different roles to the same user for two different groups. For example, Debra Berger is assigned 'Admin' role in "ChannelCorp" and also 'Operator' rolein 'Marketing' group.

Login to the Live Cloud portal with Service Provider tenant permissions. |

Login to the Azure portal with "Global Admin" permissions for the managing channel tenant. |
|
4.
|
In the Navigation pane, select Groups and then click New group. |
|
5.
|
Add a new Admin group "ChannelAdmin" for this channel. |
|

|
Copy the Group Object Id to notepad. |
|
7.
|
In the Navigation pane, select Members > Add members, and then add Channel administrators to this group. In this example, 'Lee Gu'. |

8.
|
Add Customer operator group 'Admin-R&D' to manage R&D employees. |
|
9.
|
Copy the Group Object Id to notepad. |
|
10.
|
Add Customer operators to this group. In this example, 'Adele Vance'. |
|
11.
|
Add Customer operator group 'Executive Management' to manage Corporate Management employees. |
|
12.
|
Copy the Group Object Id to notepad. |
|
13.
|
Add Customer operators to this group. In this example, 'Alex Wilber'. |
|
14.
|
Navigate to Enterprise Applications > Users and groups for the managed application. In this example, 'LTC-OVOC-Sandbox3'. |

Add the below groups: |
